The staff were the best part of the hotel. So sweet and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I am disabled and used a scooter. I did not have to lift a finger. The food is AMAZING, especially at the bar. It is a lowkey hotel that has a Denny's next door and other affordable good options. I never had to leave the hotel. This hotel exceeded my expectations, & I would stay there again. The convention center in Rosemont is right across the street. I want to check out some events in the future.

Close to O'Hare with a free reliable transfer bus at regular times. We got a taxi from the airport as we didn't know what we were doing but we did use the bus to go back to tje airport and it was reliable and regular. Room comfortable and it was great that water and ice were available from our floor. The breakfast was good, lovely fresh orange juice, fresh fruit was good with yoghurt, cake/muffin type option. The pizza was fab in the evening from their restaurant.

When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

The shopping mall was just around the corner, as was a park Best part, and I have never said this about a hotel, was how amazing the staff was. They were super knowledgeable, sweet and accommodating even when I asked if I could check out late due to a remote work meeting ending at 2:30 pm
